Top manager of a major Russian investment bank informed that retail chain “Magnit” is planning to conduct a follow-on offering of shares in London in the nearest future. It aims to raise at least US$500m.
Other investment bankers familiar with the company’s plans added that Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley have been appointed organizers of the deal, during which additionally issued shares will be sold on the LSE. The offering will take place in April-May 2008.
